HOLY GRIEF

  • Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things I believe we can go through in our lives. For some of us we have lost several family members and friends in our lifetime and probably will experience even more loss in the future. So how do we deal with this?

    Apostle Paul said:

    1 Thessalonians 4:13-14

"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."

This is my go-to scripture when I think of those loved ones I've lost because it comforts me knowing that when it's my time to depart this Earth I will once again see my loved ones with Jesus.

Please feel free comment and share. Thank you so much and God bless.

Susan Clark I take great comfort in knowing that i will see them again. Death is not final. God has been with me in my grief and pain. He has given me the strength to live when my son died.
He heals the broken in heart!
